The CIO is responsible for providing advice and guidance on how to best use information technology resources and ensuring that the investments in technology are sound. The CIO is assisted by the Deputy CIO in carrying out this responsibility.

In addition to the Immediate Office of the CIO, the organization consists of five offices:
  • Resource Management Office
  • IT Investment Office
  • IT Services Office
  • E-Government Projects Office
  • New HQ Building IT Infrastructure Project Office
